In 2018, together with Shawn & Germaine, Ivan has founded The I Quadrant and has ventured into both Real Estate Education and Real Estate management.

2017: Real Estate Business |
In 2017, Ivan embarked on diversifying the business into real estate. The business now owns 24 commercial/industrial properties in Singapore.

2016: Getting Connected |
In 2016, Ivan joined Entrepreneurs' Organization, which is a huge breakthrough to get connected to various businesses and opportunities. EO has taken Ivan to various countries like Mexico, Thailand and Malaysia to connect with industry leading entrepreneurs.

Since the start of 2015, Ivan has progressively been able to shift towards working on Chuan Kok Hardware's business. This has paid dividends in terms of progress in the company's growth.
